Agency:
20% agency service charge will be applied on all bookings unless otherwise negotiated prior to confirmation of booking.

Hourly bookings:
Rate negotiated based on factors including type of work (editorial, e-comm, specs, etc.), end use, recognizability of the model, etc. Two-hour minimum.

Day rate bookings apply to:
Eight consecutive hours Between 8:00AM and 5:00PM. Applies to booking time only (excludes travel). Time in addition to eight hours will be billed at time and a half.

Half-day rates apply to:
Four consecutive hours Between 8:00AM and 5:00PM. Applies to booking time only (excludes travel). Time in addition to four hours will be billed at hourly rate derived from division of half-day rate by four.

Fittings:
Billed at half of hourly job rate. Half-hour minimum.

Preparations:
Hair and makeup, rehearsals, etc. Full rate

Travel Time:
Full fee between 8:00AM and 5:00PM, unless otherwise negotiated. Time and a half before 8:00AM or after 5:00PM

Overtime rates:
Apply before 8:00AM, after 5:00PM, AND on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.

Cancellations:
(On confirmed bookings) Within 4 business days of the booking, half fee. Within 48 hours of the booking, full fee.

Weather permit cancellations:
With firm holdover, on session date – no fee. Otherwise normal cancellation policy applies. All weather permit bookings are assumed to be for rain unless otherwise specified. Model reserves to right to decline outdoor bookings if weather creates inappropriate working conditions.

Advertising:
All product bookings subject to negotiations. Check for conflicts with agency.

Use rights:
Are limited to the specific rights granted (i.e. geographical, term, media, number of photos, etc.) and may not be extended without negotiation.

Exclusivity endorsement and/or use of name:
Separate contract required.

Swim, lingerie, and underwear rates:
Apply for bras, panties, sleepwear, loungewear, transparent or translucent articles, swimwear, etc. (Agency must check with model before accepting any swim/lingerie bookings.) One hour minimum.

Client responsibility:
1. Notify agent of any and all specifics required of the model including items to bring if any, hair and makeup specifics, manicure/pedicure specifics, etc.
2. Disclosure of extraordinary conditions or requirements.
3. When booking weather permit, specify weather requirements.
4. Provide adequate dressing facilities on all bookings.
